How to make an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Latte:
Yes, it can be a mouthful...but the recipe is way easier than it sounds (we promise).
This might sound a little biased, but we love this drink. It’s become a fan favorite and holds a special place in our hearts, especially after turning heads at the Barton Creek Farmers Market here in Austin.
We’re excited to share how you can recreate this smooth favorite at home. We make ours with cold brew concentrate instead of espresso (a great alternative if you don’t have an espresso machine) and oatmilk, but whatever you pick will work for this recipe.
For the cold brew concentrate, we recommend our Sunny Astoria since it’s bright, bold, and perfect for this drink.

Time
- Total Time: 2-3 minutes
- Servings: 1
Ingredients
- 2 oz cold brew concentrate (or espresso or strong brewed coffee)
- 6 oz oatmilk (or any milk of your choice!)
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Dash of cinnamon (plus one more for the finish!)
- Ice
What You’ll Need
- Drink shaker or jar with lid
- Measuring cup (or if you're fancy, you can weigh it)
- Glass or coffee cup of your choice
Directions
- In a shaker, add:
- A generous handful of ice
- 2 oz cold brew concentrate
- 6 oz oatmilk
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- A dash of cinnamon
- Secure the lid and shake well for 10 to 15 seconds until frothy and chilled.
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Pour the shaken mixture over ice
- Top with another dash of cinnamon for that finishing touch.
✨ Then...ENJOY!
You just made your own Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Latte: smooth, a little sweet, and very Instagrammable.
Whether you're sipping it on a sunny porch or powering through emails, we hope it brings a little joy to your day!
