Refund policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days post purchase. We will not be able to process a refund or exchange if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase.
We do not accept returns of perishable goods such as coffee.
Non-coffee related returns
If you wish to return your order (for non-coffee related items), please email us at hello@orgullocoffee.com and we will send you instructions for shipment back to us.
Your order must be returned in its original packaging and in the original quality in which it was received, and at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be submitted upon receipt of merchandise in new condition. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
